It appears that #DITOph is relying on traditional #SMS instead of the Emergency Cell Broadcast System to send #EmergencyAlerts from #NDRRMC. We have 3 DITO, 3 Smart, and 2 Globe phones at home. Both Smart and Globe received the NDRRMC Emergency CBS alerts, but DITO only received the delayed SMS version.
