NBA should expand 33 teams instead of stopping at 32 and restructure into three conferences: Eastern, Midwest, and Western, with 11 teams in each. This setup would create better competitive balance and reduce travel issues.

It would also allow teams like Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies, and New Orleans Pelicans stay out of the Eastern Conference and instead be placed in a more natural Midwest Conference
