د #ورکشاپ په پرانیسته کې د سکرتر جنرال عملياتي مرستيال ښاغلي مولوي روح الله عبدالسلام د #پېښو پر وړاندې د اغېزمنې ځواب وینې او چمتووالي پر اهمیت ټینګار وکړ او دې برخه کې یې د کارکوونکو ظرفیت لوړونه یو مهم او اساسي اقدام وباله.

دغه راز نوموړي زیاته کړه، چې د #نیمګړتیاوو اصلاح د ادارې د پرمختګ لامل ګرځي، خو تکرار یې د ادارې چارې ټکنۍ کوي، موږ باید له نیمګړتیاوو د مخنيوي په موخه د چارو ښه والي ته ځانګړې پاملرنه وکړو؛ څو وکولای شو #زیانمنو ته پر وخت او غوره توګه خدمتونه وړاندې کړو.

#Kabul: One-Day Disaster Management Workshop Held for #ARCS Central Officials

A one-day awareness #workshop was held by the #IFRC for directors, advisors, and heads of independent units of the central headquarters of the ARCS, focusing on effective response to and preparedness for #natural and man-made disasters.

At the opening of the workshop, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, #emphasized the importance of effective response and preparedness, describing staff #capacity_building in this area as a key and fundamental measure.

He also noted that addressing shortcomings leads to institutional progress, while repeating them hinders operations. He #stressed the need to give special attention to improving processes to prevent such gaps, so that timely and effective services can be delivered to affected communities.

During the workshop, #participants received essential information on disaster response, preparedness, and the evaluation of services.
