Recently back from an unforgettable trip to Cornwall, where I passed through the mysterious Bodmin Moor – home to one of the UK’s most enduring legends: The Beast of Bodmin.

For over 30 years, people have claimed to see a phantom black cat – as big as a puma – slinking through the misty moors, glowing eyes and all. From mutilated livestock to grainy footage and spine-chilling stories of being chased, the tales are as wild as the landscape itself.

Official investigations found no evidence... but no evidence against it either. Is it a lost leopard, a released puma, or something far more ghostly and unexplained?

Whether myth, mystery, or misunderstood wildlife – I kept my eyes peeled. I did fleeting spot something strange, but could not be sure. The moor definitely has an atmosphere that makes you believe anything could be out there…
