Last episode, Tew and Guy’s probable makeup sex was interrupted by Boss telling Tew that Paiboon was going to be assassinated.
And… Honestly? Paiboon did it to himself. Why should they help? I mean, aside from the fact that Kenji taking control is bad news.
Okay so maybe that’s worth interrupting their fun times.

Wahl apparently had feelings for Guy since the beginning but refused to face what they were.
It’s almost a sweet moment, except I’m distracted by the fact that the actor for Wahl is apparently double jointed. And I can’t help but stare at his elbow being bent backwards at what would be at best an extremely uncomfortable position for this entire conversation.

The opening to My Dear Gangster Oppa is so much better with lyrics.
Like, the instrumental version -- especially in the beginning -- is very minimal, and missing much of the melody in the vocals.
I'm still not sure why they decided to release it without them. It's not like the lyrics are spoilers.
It's a very cute song, when it's allowed to be its cohesive whole. It needs its topline to thrive! 
I like the speed with which Phai caught on to what was up.
I still wonder what she does for a living and if that's gonna show up later. There are only 3 episodes left, including this one.

Restarting EP 5 of My Dear Gangster Oppa, to push forward with it. I want to get through the scene where Tew quits w/o skipping, but it's a little nerve wracking.
Which makes it occur to me, maybe I should have continued Ai Long Nhai, since that's the one on my current #Watchlist

I have to finish My Dear Gangster Oppa to make a final verdict on if this holds for the show itself.
But the decision they made with the opening and closing songs— to just have instrumental versions of the opening and closing music, and then halfway through the series, add lyrics— makes it feel like it was rushed out the door.
Maybe there’s another reason they decided to do that. But… 
If so, it wasn’t the greatest idea imo.
