I don't really dance. I move like Ian Curtis. Or like Elaine in Seinfeld. I just move with no real rhythm or reason. The music jerks my body around, all over the place.
Also, my seizure like dance moves is why some folks move breakables off surfaces & stay at least 4-5 feet away from me, when I really get into moving to the music! I literally forget other ppl are around 🤣
