I brought home an old friend today, this is the 3rd time I have bought this exact car

Bittersweet though, engine/trans/diff are good but the chassis is in hospice, the rust looks like it's terminal for the chassis

It's probably going to sit for a long while but it has been bought for a project, its power train l could get transferred to a roller or it could become an Exocet, only time will tell #mx5

Added some animation and a driver to make things a bit more interesting. Wanted to get some road lines flying past but I couldn't work out how to loop it properly—need to play around more with that.
