Il Tempo: Professioni, Dalla Mutta (Enpacl): "Favorire il ricambio generazionale costante dei consulenti lavoro"
Roma, 20 mar. (Adnkronos/Labitalia) - "Le sfide sono tante per quanto riguarda l'ente nazionale di previdenza e assistenza. Innanzitutto, la prima funzione che noi abbiamo è quella di controllare sempre, tenere ben sotto controllo la sostenibilità dell'ente, l'equilibrio, perché questa è la cosa principale di cui ci dobbiamo incaricare. Detto questo però, l'ente non significa solo 'elargire pensioni', come qualcuno può pensare: dobbiamo anche ideare iniziative importanti per far sì che ci sia una popolazione della nostra categoria che sia in continua evoluzione, e in particolare che vi sia un ricambio generazionale costante e continuo". Lo ha detto Stefano Dalla Mutta, neopresidente dell'Enpacl, intervenuto all'apertura dei lavori dell'assemblea dei Consigli provinciali dei consulenti del lavoro a Torino.
"Per fare questo l'Enpacl ha la necessità -ha continuato- di stare al fianco della categoria e di tutti gli organi che la compongono, attraverso il sostegno concreto di tutte quelle iniziative volte a spingere verso le politiche attive di categoria per fare entrare i giovani, innanzitutto, e poi per farli restare in categoria, che come sappiamo è uno degli elementi più difficili in questo periodo. Il tema del calo demografico è annoso in tutte le categorie, noi fortunatamente teniamo, come numeri siamo stazionari".
"Però questo non vuol assolutamente dire -ha avvertito- che abbassiamo la guardia, perché assieme alla demografia della categoria controlliamo anche l'indice di rapporto fra iscritti e pensionati. Questi due valori saranno sempre attenzionati, monitorati e studiati da parte del nostro Consiglio di Amministrazione", ha concluso.

However, the fund is not just about ‘disbursement of pensions’ as some may think: we also need to devise important initiatives to ensure that our category has a population that is constantly evolving, and in particular that there is a constant and continuous generational turnover.” This was said by Stefano Dalla Mutta, the newly appointed president of Enpacl, speaking at the opening of the proceedings of the assembly of provincial councils of labor consultants in Turin.
“To do this, Enpacl has the need – he continued – to stand by the category and all the bodies that make it up, through the concrete support of all initiatives aimed at pushing towards active sector policies to bring young people in, first of all, and then to keep them in the category, as we know is one of the most difficult aspects at this time. The demographic decline is a serious issue in all sectors; fortunately, we maintain our numbers as they are.”
“However, this does not absolutely mean – he warned – that we lower our guard, because alongside the category’s demographics we also monitor the ratio between members and pensioners. These two values will always be closely monitored, tracked, and studied by our Board of Directors,” he concluded.
