time to bust out some old chestnuts
Welcomed sleep last night and greeted the weekend with Kabul by Muslimgauze that was the main musical project of Bryn Jones (17 June 1961 – 14 January 1999), a British ethnic electronica and experimental musician who was influenced by conflicts and history in the Muslim world, often with an emphasis on the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. With dozens of albums released under the Muslimgauze name, Jones was prolific, but he never achieved mainstream success. His music has been described by one critic as "among the most startling and unique in the noise underground."
Despite his project name, Jones never converted to Islam. - Wikipedia
Kabul was his first release after a handful of cassettes and bears similar aesthetic hallmarks of cranky, sparking Linn drums dubbed with cold synth contours and spectral samples.

Chechnya's banning of music outside the 80–116 BPM range makes me wonder how they would theoretically handle music from the #dub spectrum.
However, the most immediate example that comes to mind is a piece by pro-islamist dub producer #Muslimgauze which is without doubt already illegal in #Chechnya; this because it is dedicated to the idea of Chechnyan independence from Russia:
