@bjnlsgenealogy @geneapleau I am not aware of the doings at the #deadbirdsite but I do miss the comradrie we had there. I have not been active on my blog of late but I am teaching #genealogy classes locally. I just could not support #muskmadness. Had to disengage from #whitesupremacists and #totalitarianism All the drama I did not need. The poster who engaged on #indigenous #DNA was the first rude person I have encountered here in 8 months.

I’d suggest that a gradual migration makes sense for folks that have a significant #Twitter. I use my Twitter account now to encourage people to join the #TwitterMigration and to join #Mastodon as decentralized #SocialMedia is designed to avoid a #MuskMadness situation

Some suggestions on making the move:
- Put a link to your Mastodon page in your Twitter bio
- Post first on Mastodon and then cross post on the Mastodon link on Twitter
- Encourage #Twexit
