This is a Muscovy-Mallard drake I call Daffy. He has come to live on the patio where he can hide from the Muscovy who are bullying him. I think he might be going blind, maybe cataracts? Keeping him safe for now.

BigDMy job has a large gathering of #muscovy #ducks and unfortunately every now and then one of them is killed. Either by #car, #cat or, today, what looks like a #dog mauling. That's the nature of life. Nevertheless, #sad to see. This one has me even more down because I'm almost certain it was the mama duck that I would see every day with her 4 chicks. I haven't seen them so far but I'll keep an eye out.

HIstory is weird and often sad. The orcs can for their own internal propaganda rename Europe -> Schmeurope for all I care.
What matters is how we resist this shit from spreading further. And maybe, just maybe, figure out ways to reverse the shitty trends.
