It’s almost 80° outside & I’m making beef stew

I know that sounds crazy, but I’m craving & I’m not waiting until the fall!

Decided to split the difference- using the slow cooker, so dinner won’t be ready until midnight 😳

Luckily, tomorrow’s #MemorialDay, I don’t have anything stopping me from taking a nap soon & I’m munching out at midnight!
