Mr DT was out until around 5pm yesterday, after my chores, I spent some time reading, followed that with my current crochet 🧶 project, I'm making a sheep 🐑 which is coming together nicely 😀

Mr DT is off out with the #GreenParty 💚💚 again today, not sure what time he'll be back, hopefully earlier than yesterday!!

Happy Saturday to one and all 🥰

Yesterday morning in the shop was good I worked in the back for a change, pricing stuff, I do enjoy being on the shop floor chatting with customers, but back of shop is constantly busy too and I get to chat with other volunteers that I don't always get to spend time with 😀

I got home had a bit of a read and a generally lazy afternoon.

This afternoon I'll be in the shop again! Then who knows, undoubtedly Mr DT will be in his office all day again working on #GreenParty 💚💚 local elections campaign stuff.
I hardly see him ATM!
I think I'm actually starting to feel lonely, in spite of him being in the house! I get to see folks when I'm in the shop, I have friends I message regularly, and of course my #Fedifreinds but still I spend a lot of time in my own company, which isn't always the best 🤦‍♀️

I'm trying a new hobby ATM paper quilling, there was a part used kit donated to the shop a few weeks ago, the manager said as it was already open we couldn't sell it in the shop and if anyone was interested they could take it!! No-one else was bothered, so I thought I'd give it a go! Having fun with that😁

I started my new book club read yesterday afternoon,

Off to the charity shop this morning, having missed Tuesday I'm really looking forward to today's session.
There are no plans for the afternoon, I shall just go with the flow 🥰

Mr DT had a productive morning yesterday,
I had a pretty quiet day, we did go for a late lunch, enjoyed the beer garden, which was very busy 😀
I think today will be equally quiet, I'm crocheting granny squares in contrasting colours, for a project with Knit and Natter, for our local hospital prem baby unit.

I hope I find you all well 🥰

We had a lovely sunshiny 🌞🌞 day yesterday, so much so I actually got myself into the garden and did a little tidying up!
Paid for it the rest of the day of course.

I gave the shop a miss what with having a cold, I really don't want to spread my germs around!
I spent the afternoon with my book which has been thoroughly enjoyable, I'm nearing the end, I'll be sorry to finish this one, but it's going to be interesting to see what other bookclub members made of it.

Mr DT is off to the local Uni campus, with some fellow #Greenparty 💚💚 members one of whom is a lecturer there, the hope is we can contact some of our student membership.
We will probably treat ourselves to pub lunch afterwards.

I seem to have finally succumbed to the cold that Mrs S and Bobby had last week 🤧 yesterday felt very achy and lethargic, I'm still contemplating whether to go to the shop this afternoon, my head is saying NO! I really shouldn't risk spreading this around, but I know I will miss the change of scene, SELFISH!!!

Mr DT had a long busy day leafleting for local #GreenParty 💚 a couple of new members joined them as well, which is always encouraging 🤗

I spent the day after chores reading and then finished my #MysticalLanterns Afghan.
