Welcome to the start of another week, yep that's right it's Monday again 😀

Had a lazy day yesterday with Stan the cat and my book, the weather was awful again, back to winter, wet, windy and cold 🥶

Mr DT spent the day out with local #GreenParty again, he's really enjoying the doorstep interaction, and mostly positive feedback.

It being Monday there's nothing planned I shall just have to roll with the day.

I had a very fruitful day in the shop yesterday, we were very busy all afternoon, I got home just before Mr DT, we watched
Bird on iPlayer with Barry Keoghan it was excellent, very gritty, but some wonderful acting from a fairly young cast.

Mr DT is out canvassing again this afternoon, so I shall have time to myself 😁

Had a busy morning in the charity shop yesterday 😄

Spent the afternoon reading quietly.

I'm currently crocheting granny squares with chunky multi colour change yarn 🧶 just cos I don't have a proper project on the go! I will have to rectify that or I will end up going downhill fast 😕 I think I may take the finished granny square blanket for Mum, as it's going to be pretty cosy, and brighter than the one she currently has!

I can't believe it's Friday again, but I guess it must be!

One of my favourite mugs for you this morning, small but perfectly formed 😁

We had a great book club yesterday, well attended, with a couple of folk that haven't been for a while coming along, one in particular we haven't seen since before Christmas due to health issues, it was so good to see her!
We all enjoyed Theo of Golden.

It being Friday I will be in the Emporium this morning 🥰
The afternoon will be my own 🤔 not sure what will unfold.

Welcome to Thursday 🌈🦄

We saw Deer in the field at the back Mum's on our visit yesterday!
We treated ourselves to lunch at a new place after the visit, it was very enjoyable and I think we shall have to make a return visit.
After that we hunkered down trying to keep warm, the day was horrible 🥶🥶

Going to book club this afternoon, a few of us are going to meet for lunch first 🤗 I'm interested to hear what others thought of the book!!
