When you’re in the eye of a storm, you don’t always see the ripple effects on other people.
A great friend of my daughter,who we lost to suicide last December, is running the length of the Outer Hebrides solo and unsupported commencing September 4th. This is a truly epic challenge of nearly 200 miles. He’s putting body and mind completely on the line for #muddymilesformegs raising awareness of Bipolar and funds for Bipolar UK

I’m taking part in Bipolar UK’s #poletopolechallenge as me and other supporters look to cover the distance from the North to South Pole by March 30th, 2024 which is world bipolar day.
