Jr et Aparna Sundar animée par Aurélie Lanctôt. Notre monde ne va pas bien. Les crises se multiplient et se conjuguent — sociales, économiques, écologiques, sanitaires, politiques. Les glissements s'accélèrent : transgression de la démocratie, saccage du filet social, démantèlement des contre-pouvoirs, piétinement du droit international, destruction des territoires et du vivant. Ce qui se passe n'est pas une série de crises parallèles mais un projet structuré qui avance à une vitesse vertigineuse.Devant l'urgence, dissocier nos luttes n'est plus une option. Ce qui se construit doit être large, pluriel, ancré ici et tissé ailleurs. C'est dans cet esprit que naît la Mosaïque des résistances, personne ne lâche la main de personne : un mouvement en construction au Québec, résolument large et diversifié, qui lutte contre la fascisation du monde et la montée des droites et des extrêmes droites, avec un ancrage québécois et des solidarités qui se tissent au-delà des frontières.Le 3 juin, nous vous invitons à un espace d'échange et de réflexion pour marquer le lancement de cette coalition, en présence de la journaliste et autrice Naomi Klein, du syndicaliste et militant afro-américain Bill Fletcher Jr, de la chercheuse et militante de solidarité avec l'Asie du Sud Aparna Sundar, ainsi que d'autres invité·es dont les noms seront dévoilés prochainement. Crises are multiplying and converging — social, economic, ecological, health-related, political. The slide is accelerating: the transgression of democracy, the gutting of the social safety net, the dismantling of checks and balances, the trampling of international law, the destruction of territories and living systems. What is happening is not a series of parallel crises but a structured project advancing at a dizzying pace.Faced with this urgency, separating our struggles is no longer an option. What is being built must be broad, plural, rooted here and woven elsewhere. It is in this spirit that the Mosaïque des résistances, personne ne lâche la main de personne is born: a movement under construction in Quebec, resolutely broad and diverse, fighting against the fascization of the world and the rise of the right and far right, with a Quebec grounding and solidarities that extend across borders.On June 3, we invite you to a space for exchange and reflection to mark the launch of this coalition, in the presence of journalist and author Naomi Klein, African-American labor organizer and activist Bill Fletcher Jr, researcher and South Asia solidarity activist Aparna Sundar, as well as other guests whose names will be announced shortly.
