I've been riding my #MTB and Enduro #Dirtbike way more than normal lately which has been a blast. I've significantly increased my intensity and level of difficulty which has been awesome, BUT unfortunately I think I need to take a bit of a break.
💪 My right elbow has been getting worse and worse with sharp pain, might be tennis elbow. I don't want to do the typical male crap by ignoring it and riding through the pain, best to rest and recovery.
At least I love running & hiking🚶‍♂️

Ist gibt Dinge, da denkt man, die brauche ich sicher nie. Doch letzten Sonntag musste ich mit dem #MTB bergab die hintere #Hydraulikbremse heftigst pumpen um noch ein Minimum an Bremsleistung zu haben. Spass machte die Abfahrt nicht.

Über Mittag habe ich die Bremse entlüftet und am Nachmittag funktionierte sie wieder tadellos.

Mit diesem Tool hätte ich das Problem blitzschnell zu Beginn der Abfahrt am Morgen oben auf dem Berg lösen können.
