Oh that explains why I haven't gotten super important mail I really needed to have gotten on Friday. The USPS cares so much about the security of my mail they're willing to ensure I lose it rather than just fucking doing what I asked.

Thanks, USPS. I could always use more stress. It's not really tears if they don't also come with primal screaming.

This Thanksgiving is a weird one but I have something to be thankful for: leaving the US. It's an incredibly privileged position and fundamentally not an option (nor the right option) for most.

But it's about time to start a new chapter, hoping to start fresh, have some new challenges and hopefully set up to be a resource.

In the meantime I know I'm in for a lot of being repeatedly humbled and want to learn all I can. But first, gotta get there.

Got a ton of packing done yesterday and last night. Now it's down to mostly the things in the main room in my apt. and breaking down some furniture.

I'm highly allergic to dust and awoke today to my eyes being itchy and both nostrils clogged.

While this doesn't feel good, on the bright side, this is dust i won't be bringing with me to the new place soon.

I'm going to be so glad when this move is done.
