Moving update:

Up early to return hire van. 18c in flat without heating on while 2c outdoors. A massive improvement over the old terraced house. Hopefully my utility bills will be far lower.

Having a cooker delivered late morning early afternoon.

This evening we have a pre-planned meal booked at Wilson's, a Michelin Starred restaurant in Bristol. It was a joint birthday present but it's now a housewarming gift too.

Were now in our new place 🎉🥳
It's been a longer day than expected but I'm now fed,showered and very tired. I don't think I'll see 21.00 today

Smashed it this morning!
Having help certainly helps alot.
Washing machine, sofa and all other furniture unloaded and taken upstairs in just under an hour.
Having a quick stop for a burger then one more van load of small stuff.

We'll be moved by 14.00 at the latest and with back still intact.

Everything now dismantled and boxed, except washing machine, for last trip tomorrow.

I'm tired, hungry, grumpy and smelly.
