For me the absolute craziest part of Home Alone is when the McCallister family rushes up to the gate at O'Hare and the attendant tells them to just go ahead and grab any available seat, without checking tickets or ID or if they're even boarding the correct plane.

Saw Red One and very much enjoyed it. I see what they did: "What if we made a Christmas movie with all the notes of a Marvel movie?" So of course it worked.

Managed to avoid shopping this weekend. That's a win.

Ran the Evanston Flying Turkey 5K on Thursday, with the race route going right by the Northwestern University campus. Weather was chilly, but far from unbearable. A great way to start #Thanksgiving2024!
