The Roses - I really loved this film. Brilliantly funny but also weirdly romantic even though it’s about a married couple fighting.
Caught Stealing - I enjoyed this even though I had to go to the loo halfway during the cinema and missed a handful of plot twists and plot points. Still, I enjoyed it!
The Toxic Avenger- it was okay. It’s really one for the OG fans more than anything.
Director Zach Cregger is crediting the film’s powerhouse stars, Julia Garner and Josh Brolin, for elevating the thriller and making it one of the year’s biggest hits.
