I'm changing my KTM's tyres - from OEM Mitas to Motoz Tractionators. I loved them on my DR - far better on dirt than the Mitas.
Things I now realise:
- I'd forgotten a lot
- arthritis makes tyre changes more challenging than I remembered
- my tyre lube goo now has 3cm of liquid on top. My little travel pack (film canister) is all liquid. đ€·
- softening tyres in the hot sun definitely helps
- I'm never going to enjoy tyre changes . I'm only halfway through the first! đ€Šđ€·
