Is anyone here with an Motorola Moto G6 Plus and have a SD card installed?

Since a while ago I have been struggling with the issue that every time I reboot my phone the SD card is corrupted (mine is a SanDisk Extreme 128GB) and unable to be read by the phone. That's pretty annoying especially when SMS stops working from time to time and you have to restart your phone to fix it.

Hey Android bubble. I have a Moto G6 Plus and want to upgrade manually my stock rom. I found this howto and now am I wondering if this will delete all my apps, data and userdata when I follow it through. I don't want to configure everything from scratch.

My phone is already unlocked and "rooted" via Magisk.

I especially wonder about those lines:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
fastboot erase customize
fastboot erase clogo

Mal ins Fediverse gefragt, gibt es einen Trick auf einem #MotoG6Plus mit #LineageOS den automatischen #Nachtmodus ans Laufen zu bekommen? Ich habe den in den Einstellungen zwar aktiviert, das G6 Plus wechselt jedoch nicht bei Sonnenaufgang, bzw. -untergang automatisch den Displaymodus.

Habe ich da was verfriemelt?

Frage für mich.

Okay. Erfolgreich LineageOS 15.1 auf mein Moto G6 Plus geflashed.
Erster Post damit.

Läuft sehr gut bisher. Lediglich Bluetooth-Calls funktionieren mit diesem Build nicht. Die brauch ich aber nicht.

Endlich wieder gänzlich ohne Google unterwegs.

So werde bald versuchen LineageOS 15 auf mein Moto G6 Plus zu flashen.

Hoffe das klappt. Aber sehe ich das richtig, dass man TWRP nicht flashed sondern per fastboot einfach booted? Jedenfalls wird das in der Anleitung die ich gefunden habe so gemacht.

Naja hauptsache wieder ein Google freies Smartphone.
