I made one of my best friends at a Motivational Interviewing conference in Sitges.She is Polish and was like me saving money by not staying in the conference hotel. Each evening we sat and talked over dinner in small beachfront restaurants. Ten years ago and it led to me supporting her in developing the Polish Society of Motivational Interviewing. A real honour for me
I hope you find such a person to share values and ideas over supper.

I work on writing persuasively for ads and public health time posts as well as using #motivationalinterviewing in the office with patients.
I wouldn't be surprised if AIs could be trained to help with these or techniques like smart politics podcast used to teach.

OTOH, there's more money in marketing and spreading misinformation so, even if some of us use these for good, this is just another round in an arms race .

Excellent resolution! #Geriatrics is my specialty. I am a board certified geriatric pharmacist. Been using #MotivationalInterviewing for awhile which I have found to be the best way to make a connection/difference. Thanks for sharing your resolution.
