Good Morning Tiny Dancers. I've been for coffee and chats and general hanging about at Mary's. Left some Morsbags out at the park, a few have already gone yay!
It's still #WIPWednesday (just) so here's a late update. I mean, globally it's not that late.
Australia is getting ready to cast Wednesday into the past though.

Spent a bit of time with some older women who kinda had intimidating faces when I arrived. They soon softened up when I helped them carry their sewing machines up the stairs. They softened up even more when they realised I could sort of use a sewing machine okay. The bag turned out a bit shit but I rushed it. It'll do for now though.

Dope Old PersonI have so much fabric, but it's easier to take it for recycling as old clothes than to sew these bags.
I've even started being lax on the " take your plastic wrapping to the supermarket for recycling" as I wonder if they are really recying it, after I've washed it all.

The #BBC narrative. There's been more radio mentions of Afghanistan earthquakes than Pakistan floods. I'm wondering if this is simply because an earthquake has to be a force of nature, but floods link into the whole global warming/ climate crisis news.
Next weekend my town #uk is having a big Fair about Climate issues, with stalks and entertainment. I foolish said I could provide some #morsbags for one of the stalls, and then failed to make very many.
Are we distracted by other issues?
