Օգոստոսի 31-ին «Moody's» վարկանիշային գործակալությունը ՀՀ հերթական սուվերեն վարկանիշի շնորհման շրջանակներում անփոփոխ է թողել ընթացիկ վարկանիշը «Ba3» և հեռանկարը կայուն: Այս մասին հայտնում է Հայաստանի ֆինանսների նախարարությունը։

Հրապարակման մեջ ընդգծվել է, որ երկրի տնտեսական հիմնարարները, այդ թվում տնտեսական հզորությունը, երկրի ինստիտուտները և կառավարման հզորությունը, հարկաբյուջետային և ֆինանսական հզորությունը, այդ թվում պարտքի պրոֆիլն էականորեն չեն փոխվել, սակայն երկիրը գնալով դառնում է առավել ընկալունակ պատահական ռիսկերի նկատմամբ:

«Հարկ է նշել, որ սա «COVID-19» համավարակի բռնկումից և Արցախյան պատերազմի ավարտից հետո «Moody's» վարկանիշային գործակալության կողմից առաջին վերանայումն է, և վերջինիս դիտարկմամբ՝ Հայաստանի վարկային պրոֆիլը հիմնված է ՀՆԱ-ի աճի հզոր ներուժի վրա, որն ուղեկցվում է ավելի բազմազան տնտեսական շարժիչ ուժերով և կայուն տնտեսական ու ֆինանսական կառավարմամբ, ինչն էլ բարձրացնում է երկրի տնտեսական ճկունությունն ու դիմակայունությունը»,- ասված է նախարարության տարածած հաղորդագրությունում։
