The vacant building at 409 W. Clay St. was one of three neighboring four-plexes purchased in 2022 by Aim Star Investments. All three are being demolished, including the one featured in the 1994 romantic comedy starring Ethan Hawke, Winona Ryder and Ben Stiller.
