Hopefully this'll pass, it'll be nice to see things change. I also wonder how this'll impact LLC's in Montana as they're commonly used by the rich to avoid taxes and fees on cars.

I don't want to get my hopes up but I'll be watching this, and supporting it if I can.

SCOTUS has ruled that corporations have a "first amdendment right" to essentially unlimited political contributions. Corporations, however, exist only with the permission of individual states. This is a plan to limit or eliminate corporate political contributions, including through superPACs, by limiting the legal powers of corporations at the state level (i.e., prohibiting or limiting political contributions).
