RobertThis synth was probably my first analog synthesizer. I’ve recently let my 9 month-old play with it, and he’s drawn towards the glowing LFO knob. But his little hands can’t yet properly grab the touch strip.
It got me thinking… how would I redesign this as a developmental toy for infants and toddlers? Should it be rattle shaped? Should it be more of a ball? What features would be added or removed? What do you think? #design #synth #monotron #redesign
