If you have acrylic paint, wax crayons/oil pastels and gelatine in the house you can give it a try within hours.
Recipe for 1200 ml (30*40*1cm) long lasting plate:
Gelatine: 180 g
Water: 600 ml
Glycerin: 300 ml
(Isopropal)Alcohol: 300 ml
And a baking sheet or prep a shadow box frame from a furniture store
...or get a ready made gel print from the art store. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Playing with spraying alcohol or water (fine spray or bigger droplets) onto acrylic paint, on the gelli plate. #fun

Tips:
▪ I used heavy body, and first thinned the paint a lot with retarder. Thinning with water wasn't as good.
▪ pickup sheet was raw Xuan rice paper (very absorbent)
▪ remove the pickup sheet after a few seconds, to get all the details. Else it spreads and blurs.
