In my view, Surkov cracked the monomyth ( #MonoMythCracked ) in 2011 and poisoned domestic Russia and in 2013 started poisoning the entire Internet / world. I think Russia has had plenty of opportunity and time to #RenounceWar and #AdmitWarIsBad - especially an offensives "empire preemptive vs. #NATO " war that Russia initiated.
