In our area, the people who are pro are all over the "if they're gonna be a thing anyway, why not let them pay our property taxes...and they'll provide jobs*"
Oddly, dispite our largely very RED voting area most folks are still against them.
This dude is very smart in most things, but he's got a blind spot on these data centers
*while building them. Jobs after they're built are barely enough to qualify
