According to a post in Discord, @modrinth's pride month fundraising campaign brought in over 22,000 USD donations for the non-profit Rainbow Railroad.
Modrinth says they are matching the donations 1:1.

I found a sex ad on... #MODRINTH !?

I happen to stumble upon a collection on Modrinth, a #minecraft mod distribution platform. Said collection has a Chinese title and description that roughly translates to "Changsha Prostitute (WeChat: ****, Door-to-door service)"

The collection contains only 1 mod, Fabric API, so we can assume the title and description were the entire purpose of its existence.

This discovery awakened an observation I had on Modrinth, which is that Modrinth seems to have a higher ratio of Chinese content compared to Curseforge. If you check the modpacks page on Modrinth, you can see 2 modpacks on the 1st page with Chinese title or description.

Does the Modrinth team have the people to monitor content in different languages? (Hire me lol)
