Tried to pay rent online. Bank says "Oops! You can't pay from that account." After 17 minutes on hold, their phone support could only say "uh, wow, you need to go into a branch" and would not explain.
At the branch, there was a 40-minute wait with one person handling all requests.
They identified the problem: the bank seems to think we haven't filed a certain important form, so they froze all our accounts without warning. We submitted paperwork, and were promised everything would be ok. Hours later, accounts are all still locked.
