Update on the Shadow Warriors. Post Quick Gen paints, I am now going back over with normal 3rd gen acrylics to touch up parts that could be better. The Cloaks are done with skin and hair on the way.

And that’s a wrap. After years of ownership I finally finished all of the Swordmasters of Hoeth so here they are along with a Loremaster of Hoeth rounding out the unit.

Here is another Quick Gen test, this time using the Firefly Platoon Officer for K47 as the test subject, and this time with a white primer instead of Zenithol. I am finding so far Quick Gen does give you some neat extra effects when you paint in layers and using multiple coats if needed.

Alright. Here is the current state of the Shadow Warriors color blocked mostly with the Quick Gen paints from AK interactive with just a few metallic bits picked out with the normal 3rd gen acrylics. Thoughts so far to follow.
I think I am gonna push these further, so I will revisit when ready.

Progress so far on the Shadow Warriors using the Quick Gen paints from AK Interactive as I learn with these. So far I like them, but definitely think I can push myself further so researching some videos by others who used them.
Got a start on the Shadow Warriors. I decided I am gonna practice on these using the Ak Interactive Quick Gen paints over a Zenithol base . Let’s see how this goes.
