Panning wit 200mm and 1/80 does work. Moving the camera slow enough to follow moving cyclists is still quite challenging.


And wait what "1/80"? How did I set that? So I learned that I could do some fine adjustment to the shutter speed with the XT3. Which I think will be handy for the panning.

Classic Mixte For the everyday commute with coffee stop

The day might have been wormer than expected - still cold but once you get moving you might want to open the jacket and cool down. Layering when cycling in winter is a must!

Fun fact: this bike from Creme Cycles made it into my fotos twice. And the situations could not be better picked.

Creme Cycles where founded to deliver modern interpretations of cafe racers - bikes that ou would use to cycle to your favourite espresso bar or cafe after work. Re-Upload, weil die Aufteilung in drei Teile nicht sauber geklappt hatte. ...ich hoffe, die Übergänge sind nun in allen Apps sauber.

Ist Schönheit ein Selbstzweck? Sie steigert die Attraktivität und damit die Nutzung. Und die ist letztendlich das Ziel.

Die Einfahrt zum Utrechter Parkhaus ist so wunderschön gestaltet und hochwertig gearbeitet, dass es eine Freude ist dort zu parken. Infrastruktur, die Verkehr fördern soll, die zur Nutzung einladen soll, muss so attraktiv wirken, dass sie Freude macht. Das muss nicht mal teuer sein. Mit Farben, Beleuchtung und gezielt eingesetzten dekorativen Verkleidungen lassen sich attraktive Orte gestalten, ohne die Kosten explodieren zu lassen.

PS: Das ist das erste Bild, dass ich in #Darktable gedrittel habe. Mal sehen, wie die Übergänge passen.

Ein weiteres Mixte - dieses aus der Gegenwart und aus Deutschland - genauer Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, drüben kurz vor der Nordsee.

Der Rahmen ist klassisch geschweißt, die Gabel klassisch gemufft, beides aus Stahl gefertigt. Ich mag die Muffen, ich mag aber auch, wie schlicht dieser Rahmen ohne Muffen wirkt. Nicht um alles Mögliche reduziert, wäre die Gabel auch so schlicht, wäre das Fahrrad fast schon langweilig. Aber so, finde ich, hat es eine sehr schönen Ausgleich zwischen Minimalismus und Eyecatcher.

Die leicht gebogene Oberrohre geben dem sportlichen Rahmen einen Hauch mehr Eleganz.

Und der Dackel hat ein farblich passendes Outfit 🩶
