I remember inventing what I called the “Sprasco” which was essentially every non-diet soda in the fountain (majority Sprite and Orange Fanta) along with dashes of Tabasco and a good helping of their spicy salsa. That feels like it’s probably me. A load of sugar mixed with some aggressive flavors that really seem goofy but somehow it’s a pleasant ensemble
Today's #aperitif #aperitivo is the truffle #Martini from Alessandro Palazzi:

25ml potato vodka
75ml truffle infused vodka*
A rinse of dry vermouth

Spray coat a frozen glass with dry vermouth (I used a top notch one: Bordiga dry), the pour 25ml of frozen vodka and 75 ml of frozen truffle vodka*.
Garnish with an olive from the fridge and enjoy while it's still super cold.

One of the best Martini experience ever! Thanks Mr. Palazzi!

*infuse the vodka with a white truffle for a month, then forget it in the freezer till the end of summer! Super tasty!

30ml Pisco (better 45ml)
30ml Strega (substituted with Galliano, second huge mistake!)
30ml Cynar

Build in a fancy glass with a big chunk of ice (in my case a perfect transparent ice sphere) and enjoy.

This one is really good, but with such strong ingredients it must be handled with care! I've had two and this morning my head was hurting!

1 dash of orange bitter

Build in a fancy tumbler with a big chunk of ice and garnish with an orange slice.

A seriously good #Negronitwist. Pisco and vermouth dry helps a lot balancing the flavor towards the well known bittersweet equilibrium.
