Events were conspiring to keep me at work today but I finally escaped. At one of my locals. It's t-shirt weather. The roil up door is up. There's a tasty beverage in front of me. Life is good.

Paid my taxes this morning. While I'm tempted to say something snarky about that, I'll just appreciate the fact that i'm more fortunate than a lot of folks who did the same today. Hopefully at least some of that will go to something good.
Weather was gorgeous today, 80F/26C. Met my SO at one of out locals. Roll-up door was open. Staff took great care of us as usual. Life is good.

So, it's been a day and is been a while since been to this local. I needed to step away from work and world events so I'm enjoying some alone in public time until I connect with my SO later. Great crew, warm space and a fine beverage. Life is good.

It's cold and dark outside by the local is warm and comfortable inside. End of week vibe. Watching the crew work is a joy. They're damn good at what they do and it's obvious they like each others' company.

I love my bartender like a sister but I think she's trying to kill me. Slowly, over decades, but still.
Spent the weekend in the Pittsburgh area with some fellow, Liberal Gun Club folks for the annual meeting. Had a great time. Our crew did an amazing job organizing and the host range was fantastic and welcoming.
Nice to be home. SO and I headed to one of our locals. Got my first whiff of cannabis so, yeah, welcome back to Cambridge.

It seems weird given what the new nominal is to say it's been a funky week but it has been an interesting one for me personally. But now it's over and time for the weekend. Weather rocks in my part of the world. About to meet a friend to head to one of our locals where the crew rocks and the beverages are tasty.
