After experimenting with #cachyOS, I’ve decided to stick with #MintLinux for now. Some of the apps I enjoy using are only available for Debian-based distributions.
Or any other Distro recommendation for someone who comes from #MacOS?
@angiebaby it's my go-to recommendation for most folks looking to try Linux. Solid, dependable, looks great, just works. I used it for quite a while back in the day, and I still have a soft spot for it. Well, the Debian edition, anyway.

Please run `sudo passwd` and set a password for your root shell right now!
Failing to do so will keep your system wounderable to a password-less recovery root shell, which's only security measure asking you to press "Enter", nothing else.
