He then forced the House to break and end their session of Congress, which limited the #senate to accept the CR or let the government shut down. Budgets need to be #bipartisanlegislation. Furthermore, #TrumpLies and #muskrat have illegally #impounded funds approved by #congress, showing that budgets need to be enforced or Congress is a #powerlessshell. The #goptraitors has signaled for the last two months that they have no interest in protecting their co-equality as a branch of government.
