Listened to and scored today's Toledo Mud Hens @ Louisville Bats #MinorLeague #Baseball game. Score, 9-5, Bats. Hens had the lead in the 2nd inning; Bats took it away in the 5th and the Hens never caught up.

Attendance 5,645 against a capacity of 13,131, for 43%.

Figured out how to get the streaming URL for the Mud Hens' FOX radio affiliate for use in VLC. (Couldn't do the same for the Bats' stream.)

Broadcaster Matt Melzak was quite good, and he let the game breathe.

Okay, my #MinorLeague #baseball streaming radio playlist project is snowballing into an obsession, and anyone who knows me knows what that means: a new Stupid Arbitrary Goal!

I now want to go on a staycation baseball road trip and hand score at least 1 game played at every MiLB ballpark.

I have no idea how long this might take -- years, probably.

The MiLB landscape is so volatile, many teams I score will be gone by the time I finish the project, and new teams will pop up. All the better.

I listened to a little of her play-by-play this afternoon, and she's good. I look forward to hearing her call a whole game when I get a chance to tune in.
