I got my #MinoltaAutocord back from long term loan last Monday, so took it out today loaded with #Acros100 as there was interesting cloud action over the Castle. Surprising how quickly you can get through 12 (actually 11) frames. Lost the first as I forgot to meter! It's reminded me, I don't actually enjoy using this camera. Had to take some glasses so I could work out what shutter and aperture was set. Maybe time to move it on, we'll see. #FilmPhotography #BelieveInFilm

Met my nephew in Edinburgh and had a nice long catchup. I'd quite forgotten what it's like chatting one to one in a quiet place. Normally in group conversations I end up on the fringes, as I can't hear what others are saying, despite my new hearing aids.

Got my loaned #MinoltaAutocord back, too! (Edited, what on earth inspired me to think it was Mamiya!)

Nearly forgot to #TLRTuesday , this was from my first proper trip out with the #MinoltaAutocord, a really lovely camera with a great focusing mechanism and another cracking lens (all the TLRs of the era seem to be quality!). (sorry, the conversion on this could have been better).

Annoyingly this scan has made me realise that I have a serious problem in my #darktable conversion flow that is causing some out of gamut pixels. Not a major problem, but I need to work it out.

There's not much to choose between the #MinoltaAutocord and #MPPMIcroFlex lenses. Both lovely more than sharp enough for my eyes, and both give lovely focus fall off.

Travel camera downside of my #MinoltaAutocord : the yashica wide angle adapter doesn't fit it (the viewing lens doesn't attach due to depth). It *does* fit the #MPPMicroflex , though loading that is a touch more stressful. May need to find an original minolta WA adapter
