Officials say more than 100 homes were damaged and one person was injured in a "significant tornado outbreak" across Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa on Friday. Officials have declared ice-out on Lake Minnetonka, about 10 days earlier than the median date for the Twin Cities' largest lake.
