aarpeeWhy did I remember this quote now? Because I've been thinking about #MinistryOfLove, NOT the 2016 Croatian comedy film, but a possibility now reported from Russia. They are mulling over starting a department to deal with love/sex as an alleged solution to their population decline. Idk if the objective would be achiveved, but of course it will lead to the same scenario as in the book: A name that contradicts what the department ends up doing in real.
