Local Governing Minister says working on three tracks to boost relations with China

‎The Minister of Local Governing of the Government of National Unity and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Libyan-Chinese Cooperation, Badr Al-Deen Al-Toumi, revealed during his meeting with a delegation from the Chinese National Association for Engineering Consultancy that the government was working on "three parallel tracks" to strengthen relations with China.
