I started #MindfulMorning and then immediately failed lol. It is now closer to a Mindful Midnight. Uh. I didn't do anything today. I did go grocery shopping yesterday, though. I'm leaving for a temp job on Saturday and panicking a bit about it. Lol why did I think getting my masters degree done would fix my life??? bro, you have an *anxiety disorder*.
Hm, since it's a new year again, let's try the #MindfulMorning thing I tried out a while ago. This morning, I am not feeling particularly mindful. Being present causes me anxiety, to be honest. I hate thinking about things I have to do, because there's always so MUCH to do and it stresses me out, often because there's something I HAVEN'T done that really needs doing, and is long overdue...

Today... try something new. I tried Vietnamese coffee and it was amazing. Humans, like any animal, need enrichment in their lives.
