I agree the transition (if it is to happen in any meaningful sense that benefits the public financially) will need to see governments stand up to the #fossilfuel , #AI and #Nuclear lobbies - not just bow down at their alter.
But the public need to understand this and that there are significant roadblocks in the way to decoupling electricity prices from gas. #Miliband is just making promises that he’s given no indication of how he will fulfil.
