Baked king oyster mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 with fresh cucumbers 😋

Ajipon, salt, and ground red pepper sprinkled over both 😉
I’ve tried several different ways to cook these mushrooms, but simple oven baking turned out to be the best so far 🤔
