According to developer's website, the first phase ("Core Village") of Stonecrop Meadows in #MiddleburyVT - 45 homes and a 35-unit apartment building (incl studio, 1, 2 and 3-BR units) - should be completed in 2-3 years.
Good to see anything that will help with the #Vermont #housing shortage, but I am concerned by the "mixed income" description. As a parent of housing-challenged children, it will be interesting to see what sort of "mix."
