Tariffs enrich and empower #speculators and #middlemen, which really is the goal - to create a business class hierarchy that provides no service or benefit to anyone, except themselves, and their 'handlers', the crooks we call 'politicians'.
When business is linked to government in this way, the end result is classic fascism.

You know, things like "Why hire a talented and experienced graphic designer when you can request a new company logo and offer $10 to someone in Cambodia who will actually receive $4?"
We as #Norwegians have followed daddy #USA so much that our brains can't fathom a way forward that isn't "copying our way to success".
No, we don't want a Norwegian #AWS, nor do we need one. We should be copying what we did with electrical companies decades ago and #socialize #cloud infrastructure through localized services that are interchangeable.
But i think that we're so used to #NewPublicManagement, #BusinessOfComplexity and #Middlemen business that we can't see beyond our nose.
