Apparently I ended up tweaking my back a little bit during yesterday's yard taming. I gotta be careful how I sit, cuz it's kinda making things uncomfortable if I'm not paying attention.
Apparently I ended up tweaking my back a little bit during yesterday's yard taming. I gotta be careful how I sit, cuz it's kinda making things uncomfortable if I'm not paying attention.
I picked up my empty coffee cup in the living room to drop off in the kitchen on the way upstairs. Upstairs I'm still holding the coffee cup, so I put it down to do the stuff I came upstairs to do. Once I'm back downstairs I go to the kitchen. But I'm not holding the coffee cup.
At least this is good for my thigh muscles.
It's amusing that I can spend a whole day carrying huge heavy boxes up and down stairs, but bending slightly to pull a single cookie sheet out of the oven will spring my back to the point of immobility.
I managed to get outside for a short walk, just then - my first time out of the house in a week (apart from a quick trip to a physio in a car 2 days ago), and things are still a bit achy. Bleh.
On the upside, I finally had a burst of tech energy over the past 2 days, and got some tasks done for my co-op.
