Question for the Federal Ombudsman (Part 2):-
By June 24 2024, there was no progress in the #Hayatabad Police investigation of the May 24 2024 meter disappearance (despite repeated inquiries from all affectees)...& at 1330 hours local time, the victims' publicly located power line disappeared! PITC was helpless again...but this time, the Police claimed helplessness, too...& so said consumers were deprived of the right to stay in their own home!

Question for the Federal Ombudsman (Part 1):-

The meeting between the #Pakistan Prime Minister, #Pakistan Inter-Provincial Coordination Minister & #KhyberPakhtunkhwa Governor, poses a question (to Minister R. Sanaullah, the only participant with legal expertise):-
"The Writ Of The State" regards the sanctity of human rights; how may power supply be a crime...unless Mr. Kundi accused Mr. Gandapur, of shielding the #PESCO Board & C-suite from being compelled to admit bankruptcy / culpability?

#Karkhano Market (#Peshawar) is overflowing with relatively-cheap #British & #German merchandise; but despite the abundance of cheapness, local buyers are unimpressed; luckily, hunting/travel gear, kitchenware/crockery, etc. don't rot in blackout-ridden heat...but who can hike or cook much, with sky-high #IMF food prices?

Notwithstanding #DevelopedWorld distaste for linking "rich" problems with "poor" problems, since last year, #Peshawar #YouTubers have been posting repeated invitations to viewers to buy #Japanese, #Korean & #Chinese goods ranging from gadgets to garments in #Karkhano...but, given that the same goods are listed in every new vlog, could said brands encourage sales by being a little more committed to nullifying #IMF inflation-promotion in #Pakistan?

Is there sufficient evidence to conclude, that major economic problems, from #China to the #US, are directly or indirectly, due to #IMF "assistance":-
-Is #Islamabad's flawed #FinanceBill2024, the #FBR response to #IMF demands for an exponential increase in annual #Pakistani taxation revenues?
-Is the crash in #European & #Japanese stocks, a consequence of #IMF taxes in #Pakistan?
-Is the #IMF behind the latest rash of Too-Big-To-Fail businesses?

It is now a critical time when the world's actions will determine how this decade will be remembered, said Kristalina Georgieva, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, at the Lujiazui Forum on Wednesday.

2 legal/fiscal questions for the #FBR Chairman:-
-May Chairman Tiwana's hasty ultimatum to #Pakistani traders to switch to cashless transactions, have put undue pressure on #NADRA's cashless transaction project?
-In view of the flawed #FinanceBill2024, failed #TajirDostScheme, unreliable tax collection from foreign firms, etc., is it time to replace #McKinsey...or scrap foreign contractors in favor of (genuinely-competent) #Pakistani consultants?

#CarlyleGroup has suddenly run up against business issues:-
-It is in a sudden frenzy to sell #Cogentrix (a #NorthCarolina power company which has not - yet - been named in the investigation into the May 2024 #Carthage home invasion & self defense case, regarding a #USArmy Officer & the supposed power company worker/trespasser).
-Its gas-fired power plants (e.g. #PESCO?) are - unofficially - going bankrupt.

#Microtech was founded by #US veteran Mr. Tony Jimenez in #Virginia (#US) in 2004. Before this, Mr. Jimenez spent ~25 years serving in the #USArmy. Within a short while, #Microtech had officially established overseas contracts, e.g. in #Pakistan...but there is a discrepancy:-
-If #Microtech was established in the #US in 2004, how might its #Pakistani website claim to be doing business in #Pakistan since 1997?
-Whom to ask - #Virginia or #Karachi?

Why is the Post attacking Tony Jimenez and MicroTech?

A Washington Post investigation into small business contracting practices reads more like a personal attack on Tony Jimenez, the CEO of MicroTech, instead of a examination of questionable procurement practices.

10 years ago, #Peshawar Electric Supply Co (#PESCO) & #Multan Electric Power Co (#MEPCO), under #USAID supervision, signed a contract with #Microtech, for a mass "smart meter" rollout. While #MEPCO reportedly made some progress, #PESCO has crashed:-
-#PESCO is legally bankrupt
-Hostile forces are seemingly conspiring with #PESCO executive/junior employees to launch murderous attacks against servicemen/veterans
